"Dear Bank of America I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from one of the tellers at your branch today. When I went to deposit a check from my company, the teller was rude and discourteous to me. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that you will take steps to ensure that your staff is courteous and respectful to customers.

I made deposits $820 here. But ATM ate the money and 820$ doesn't reflect to my accoun. I went to a counter of Bank of America and called support center. But my $820 didn't come back. This ATM ate my money... I want to cry...

Charging 8 dollars to cash an 83.47 check and not even offering to open an account or any sort of solution to avoid the fee is ridiculous. If it was under 50 they could have waived it.. that doesn’t make sense. Just go to Walmart if you need to cash a Bank of America Check.
