The slowest employees i have ever seen in a bank. At one point, there wasn't even 1 teller window open for 5 minutes. Extremely inefficient location. Thank goodness the B of A locations where I live aren't like this.

Don't ever come here if you need speed or efficiency or polite employees. 8 people in line and they close down two teller lines to leave one open at 1:30 in the afternoon on a week day. The employees are still there, sitting at the windows. Just not helping anyone. We have been waiting for over 20 mins and they close lines instead of opening more or waiting to close till the line is taken care of? Really?

My experience was an excellent one. All my questions were answered and explained to me in a way I understood and I felt confident in opening a bank account with them.

Best one yet always have what I need like dollar coins never give me excuses that I need to have a business account. Great customer service.

This branch never answers their phone, so we drove to the branch. Nobody there could answer any basic questions. The branch only had one other customer. I'm not sure what the staff does all day long. Everyone working there is new, and one woman has a strong accent, and she couldn't understand us either.
