This location is convenient to my Sunday morning routine, so I like stopping here for a thirst buster. Recently they have repeatedly been out of XL cups or lids, and today their entire soda machine was down. It's not convenient if they can't ever provide what I'm looking for.

I've used Circle K store and gas services for years and as old and impractical as some gas stations may be, I've never experienced anything similar to today at this location. I prepaid my gas inside the store, only to find the pump was not ready to pump. I went back inside and thought the staff was joking when I was immediately told without any research, that the transaction was cancelled and this "happens all the time" and "don't be mad" because "you will see it go back to your card." Nevermind that I was in a rush needing to pick up my children from school, and had to use that card and paid inside because the sun was hitting the screen of the only available pump. Absolutely inappropriate that the owner of this has station feels it's okay to allow this scam to happen "all the time." Taking customers possible last dime they gathered to pump gas. No receipt is offered to cancelled transactions. Yes of course I will dispute it with my bank but I left still needing gas, running late unnecessarily and with no trust in paying to pump gas at a different pump at this location.
