Customer service by the men at this branch has been appalling. Their dislike of customers has been evident at every interaction. Would not recommend.

Just wanted to set up a bank account. When i arrived there was another customer in the little room they have for private business that you do. Also for setting up bank accounts. So the guy tells me to wait while they finish up in there and then we can get started. I waited oh i say about 10 min. They leave and he goes into the room to talk with the other banker. A few minutes later he walks out amd tells me that they are trying to limit their customer face to face interaction and that i can set up my account online. Just wow.

My wife & I are buying a home for the 1st time, its confusing and stressful... I went to this Branch & the new Branch Mngr. Jacob was so VERY helpful. He was kind and resourceful. We were relieved he was helping us. TY Jacob!

This place has the best banking hours . I hope it never changes ! open on sunday too !! Eric is a big help every time I go there .

Was told I would have to pay $6 for statements, per statement cycle. Absolutely ridiculous. Would recommend another branch, or perhaps another bank.
