Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

If I can give 0 stars I would. This Bank of America ripped me off of $1600. First $1000 when I tried to go pull the money out of the drive thru ATM and the ATM said “ no sufficient funds” but when I called the customer service line to report a claim they said it was pulled out from the ATM yet the ATM never spit out any money to me. AGAIN a week later I got the last bit of my maternity leave paid to me which was $650 and was only able to pull out $50. So I called to check the previous transactions because the paper said I got $650, it said nothing about the $600 getting pulled out only the deposit of the $650 and the withdrawal of the $50. So I spoke with a customer service representative again and they said there was a withdrawal of $600 the day before when I never went. BOTH OF MY CLAIMS WERE DENIED when I NEVER GOT MY MONEY. I will never deal with Bank of America again.

Two drive thru ATMS are available between the alley to the parking structure. ATMS are also available inside the building and another is located outside on West Elm Street.
