I’m trying to withdraw some freaking cash and your stupid atm is shutting on my hand and pinching my fingers as I insert the money. I should sue you

Security guard didn't want to let me inside the bank with my bike after the banker had told him it's okay for me to go in, telling the people behind me in line to proceed before me, pushing the door from inside while I was trying to go in. I've been in countless Wells Fargo branches with my bike and my dog with no problem. They don't have a sign on the door that prohibits none of this. Security guard is old white man with gray hair, should be fired and replaced with a trained professional.

Im starting to remember why i dont use this bank much any more... Wanted to deposit a little money in a friends account... Have acct and routing numbers, name etc... THEY DONT ACCEPT CASH...Okay, nbd, il use my debit? NO CANT FKN DO THAT (WF debit)... Ive had accounts with this bank for 23+ years and i think im gonna close everything... The business account i tried with them a few years back was a disaster because they dont trust any other local banks, so i went to Bank of the West.., That bank is not as "classy" as WF but i get the impression Im seen as actually human there... Dear WF: Bite me
