Customer services bad no answer phone not tray solve issue I sent my brother to doposit. To my account by cash and crasher check they didn't accepte him he waiting morthan one hrs

I wanted to open a simple savings account. Tried to go to the Clay street branch, However due to parking, I made my way to Grand. When asked what they could assist me with. I stated i would to open just a savings account. I was then told by an ethiopian young woman. That they were short staffed and going to lunch and no one could assist me. Until 2:30/3pm she wasnt sure. There were 3 employees and 1 female manger all in plainer sight currently celebrating someone with pictures and flowers. And I was the one customer insight. The time was 11:30. Horrible customer service. Would have been a first time customer. But NO THANK YOU

THIS LOCATION IS NOT 24 hours. Golden 1 absolutely sucks for atm access if you live in the Bay.

I've been banking with them over 20 years. They refused to give me a roll of quarters, not even one. If I can't get quarters from a bank, where can I get one? So ready to close my account as soon as I find a better one.
