DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! The security guard is more helpful than the bankers. The branch manager at this location is incapable of managing the branch. This is an understatement. She allowed the prioritization of new clients opening minor (children) accounts over established clients with multiple accounts who also had an APPOINTMENT. She then proceeded to refuse to assist said established client with the completion of the chase required process to establish a POA. This was my third scheduled appointment to manage a single process with chase. I already had all legal documentation required by the state of California to establish myself as the POA for my mother’s account. No further documentation is required by the state. I have multiple accounts with chase. My mother has multiple accounts with chase. Thankfully I am her POA AND WILL BE MOVNG ALL SAID ACCOUNTS FROM CHASE. Until that manager is fired and my accounts are serviced by an establishment other than chase this branch will not get any further business. I will actively refer others to the Wells Fargo around the corner.

Never have I ever been unable to access a Chase ATM. They are usually 24 hours, but this one is literally only open during banking hours from 9am-5pm on weekdays and closed on weekends?! Where are Chase members supposed to get cash in SF because none of the Chase ATMs are ever open. Fix this! This is absolutely ridiculous some people work 9am-5pm, how are they supposed to access their money?! Smh

How are you suppose to access your cash when every ATM in San Francisco is non functional on the weekends in safe neighborhoods. YOU ARE A USELESS SERVICE.

What kind of bank closes 5pm for all business, including ATMs? Where are people expected to get cash?

Says it's ATM is open 24 hours, which is NOT true.
