I’m a customer, could you please explain why your computer monitors with my information are facing the street for everyone to see? And why would you trespassed someone on a public sidewalk?

I went in to exchange money for change. There were two associates one customer. No teller I was told by a male associate to wait 10 minutes because she was on break. I waited in the lounge left and came back within that time. So I asked the other associate Kay Lee I believe and she didn't know I needed help. As if they thought I wanted to loiter. So I ask for change she said I needed a citibank card. Which only frustrated me because if I gotten proper service. She would've known what I needed. I would've gotten no help anyways. And lastly my time wouldn't of been wasted. Nice people but need better customer serving skills. Because they were no help at all. Just clueless honestly.
