Kipp R a month agoThis branch fails at the basics. The after-hours ATM access is unreliable because the ATM area gets locked when the branch is closed, and it seems like PNC isn’t fixing or maintaining the door/lock properly. That’s inexcusable—an ATM is supposed to be the fallback when the lobby is closed. Because I couldn’t access the ATM, I had to use another bank’s machine and pay a service fee. Customers shouldn’t be punished with extra fees because this location can’t keep its ATM entrance functional. The tellers are polite and helpful, but if there’s only one person available you may wait. I’m not asking for more staffing—just a branch that keeps its ATM accessible and doesn’t create avoidable costs for customers.
