Truly one of the worst experiences I have had at a bank, even by bank standards. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, and was treated like a second class citizen by the receptionist at the front. I waited there for about 40 minutes while person after person who arrived after me got seen. After asking where I was on the list; I got a look of disgust and attitude. I’ve been lifetime at bank of America but this has made me close my account. Chase saw me and opened an account for me in 20 minutes.

The atms haven't been working. There are consistently long lines inside. The door doesn't lock either to the ATM area so it's not secure at night. This is typical of this location. I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 because one time there was a very nice lady who helped me out and in relation to other BofA branches this place is much cleaner. As a general rule plan to wait 30-50 minutes to see anyone during the day time and there is a 30-60% chance some part of this bank won't be working on any given day. Also, there is no parking.

I don’t understand the lying, what’s the need? If you don’t operate 24 hours what’s the need of the fake advertising, I couldn’t access to the ATM I came here at 5:02 pm

Worst costumer service ever, they took like 20 Minutes per person and they are super rude with the guests. I think Bank of America have to do better with that. And the lady is not even wearing a name TAG even the guy. Worst worst worst... sorry guys plus I write this been in line for 35 minutes now.

As you are possible to talk to an operator by the Call Center one wait 40 minutes and even calling from within its main headquarters they can not attend or solve the problem by the system. This does not happen and the Benjamin Franklin 👎🏻
