What’s the point of this unmanned branch if you can’t access the atm after 4pm???? This makes no sense whatsoever. Terrible customer service

Update Several customers have complained about the ATM access and hours at this location. Apparently, BOA does not care about customer concerns, complaints or feedback. In several other areas of banking also BOA is not good (defensive and denying mistake when customer was given wrong information by inexperienced customer service person which led to loss of some customer funds, tying BOA credit cards to other customer bank accounts without explicitly getting customer consent, BOA card not very usable internationally in some countries, vindictive managers when complained or criticized about some bank practices. Stuck with BOA because several accounts for 25+ years. Any new comers, I suggest take your business elsewhere. PS: just wasting customer time by asking to connect on social media. Just solve problem, will you! _______ Previous I complained about access card being vandalized which had made entry to ATM non functional for several months.after several months they opened the access and reduced it to 4 pm. End of the block chase has 24 hour ATM access. Instead of Making access card tamper proof, BOA reduces customer access to ATM. There are BOA ATMs in other parts of miami all the way to ft. Laud. Which are open 24 hours even in neighborhoods that you may not want to use ATMs at unsafe hours..This area in Brickell is one the safest. BOA anytime it makes any change be sure it will make it less convenient to customers. For example, call customer service on weekends, not working.

Can't access the 24hrs atm machine. Only when the bank is open. You used to be able to access it at any time,but they changed it and forgot to change the sign.

DISAPPOINTING THIS SITE 0% RECOMMENDED This is never available to the public always out of service and the best thing about it is that after 4pm you don’t have access to the ATMs
