We usually bank @ Bank of America in Ft. Myers, Fl, where the service is very slow, tellers are not that friendly. Being in Tampa for husbands medical procedure @ Tampa General Hospital, this BA is conveniently on the way. What a difference in attitude and service! Both the teller and manager that helped us were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Did not have to wait very long for someone to help us. I would highly recommend this bank branch!
