The Bank Of America branch located on 301 East Market St. suite number 116 This branch have two opposite Kind of customer service bankers. I’ve been in this location a lot and I got 100% good customer service but on the date April 29, 2025. The service I got on this date completely opposite from The previous For the moment for privacy reason I don’t want to enclose about the transaction made, but I want to say something about the approach how to they handle Customer Let’s start from the first I was being helped by banker Name “Mikayla Meadows” she’s totally disrespect me no politeness she just hurry to kick me out and stick on her phone she keep looking her phone even she don’t know fully what to do on the computer She called the manager name “Titus Nickerson” To help her. After we done the transaction, she went to the office of lady named called “Kendra Howard” It is easy to guess what she told her when I walked out to the lobby She came from anywhere and she handed to me her business card and told me that I am business solution advisor next time you have to bring your debit card with you. This is exactly what she said. on the date, April 29, 2025 between 10 and 10:30 AM if the CEO able to check the camera on that time and date. She got lack of:- introduction, no greeting, politeness, Professional, I feel really, really so bad and disappointed by these two ladies service . They’re sitting in different office When one of them do Foul on the customer. They covering up each other. I’m thinking also is a kind of racism because of I am the foreigner they try to take an advantage on me they think they are smarter than me. I’m not sure what they think. In the opposite side, I like to say thank you so much for the manager called 1.“Titus Nickerson” 5********* The banker 2.“Damneet Kaur”. 5*********** The banker 3.I forget his name the bold hair eyeglass on it 5************ Those the above three Customer Service I mentioned they were treated me like king. I’m wishing the BOA got upgrade them on higher position.

The ATM is located behind locked glass doors. I Cannot gain access to the ATM even though I tried to use my debit card to enter. Apparently they don't accept my type of government issue debit card 🤷

There should be Bank of America ATM in Avon too..
