If chase is closed, the atm is closed. It will show up as open, but it is closed, especially on Sundays.

The ATM closes at 5 PM, even though it’s located outside the main bank area. Normally, like at other Chase branches, you can use your Chase ATM card to unlock the main door, but the security guard informed me that this isn’t the case here, despite the door having a card reader. Be aware—don’t plan to visit after business hours.

When I opened my account, They did not upload my documents properly, which caused me lots of problems, next week when I called them they spoke to me like It was my fault. So I went to the branch to upload my documents again, but it wasn't solved. they don't have any responsibility or customer care, so don't waste your time and energy in this branch. after that When I called the branch I was completely insulted by the behavior. I did not see these kinds of behavior anywhere else. It was the first time in my life that I called customer service, but instead of solving my problems, they insulted me! I was talking with a banker on the phone very calmly and had questions and want to know my options for solving my account's problem, she repeatedly interrupted me: have a good day, bye! Can you believe that??? It was so annoying! If you are not able to give service to your customers, just shut it down !!!!

Needed to use atm. The card scanner that allows you to open door to atm wasn't working. Very upsetting 😡
