It didn't have an address for Summer Street but that's where my bank is in downtown crossing in Boston! I've had this account with them almost 8 years! Almost the length of time I've had the apartment here in Boston over 7 years now! No longer being homeless! On the YouTube channel under my name Ritchie Vernon u h i there's a song called The impossible dream and I comment on that song before I even sing it grateful I'm no longer homeless! I appreciate my bank very much and how much they care! When someone tries to access money out of my account the fraud operation of Citizens Bank will stop them! And they will give me alerts and let me know somebody's trying to take money out of my account! Then they will call me and ask me if I okayed certain transactions! And if I didn't then they issue me a new card! I don't like to get a new debit card but it's safety protocol! I appreciate everybody at the Summer Street location branch! They are an extremely solid banking institution that I trust! And they are the only ones I want to be with! I'm grateful every day for Citizens Bank! They really care about their customers! 😀
