MILITARY - DO NOT TRUST BANK OF AMERICA WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD AND BALANCE TRANSFER BUSINESS. By the way... after my last negative review, I noted BoA marshaling its people to post some positives.. to affect the star score average calculation. Most of these say what a clean building it is or the nice view! That's all they could come up with(!)? Really? Look for yourself. NOT mentioned was what I warned about an uncaring business culture entrusted to dealing responsibly with our important financial matters. Until I posted my negative review, I had not noticed the hundreds of 1-star negative reviews under their Charlotte Corporate listing. The Yelp BoA reply is, of course, is a standard repeated line about being brushed off to their X or face II accounts. I also notice BoA does NOT respond to any of the complainants or commit a reply for any unacceptable service reported by an offended customer ! As I have discovered, It seems, BoA is just too big to care. I've seen that so many times. And, THAT, my friends is exactly why the smaller guys exists, survives... and thrives! NFCU, any base credit union, Chase, etc., all good alternatives. Disappointed would be a gross understatement. They are incapable ID addressing their shortcomings with individual customers. DO NOT CONDUCT CREDIT CARD OR BALANCE TRANSFERS WITH BoA. After 50 years management and supervisory experience, I know better than the unacceptable performance demonstrated by BoA... and we are due and deserve better. The staff is so friendly and professional. I can only ever afford crappy seats, but somehow they are never really that crappy here.

This is a very nice center. It's a bit old, but it still is a pretty well kept center.

DO NOT BANK with BAC. Terrible customer service. Only care about bottom line. No human empathy.
