Customer service is not for everyone. It seems like it's a lost art. I know how hard it can be working front office and dealing with client. So I always try to wear a smile on my face to ease them from seeing a frown and feeling like I ruined their day. However, this branch in specific has a lot of work to do. I came to this branch once a week for almost 4 months last year. Every time I came in, all I saw was tellers with a long face. They don't greet you. They don't call you up. They could be writing something down and just look at you and ignore you completely. They don't even say "someone would be with you shortly" If I can help it, I try avoiding coming to this branch at all costs!!! Last week i couldn't avoid it... and let me tell you, it has not changed! After I was done with my inquiries, the guy just gave me the receipt and said nothing, not a peep. It most be awful doing something for a living, that you do not enjoy

This location is in serious need of upgrading their ATMs. They never work correctly.

Went in today for some banking needs. The staff were very considerable to my needs and helped a great deal as i had completed my transaction needs. Very polite personnell and very gracious with my needs. Invited to a members only retirement service for a discussion and topic to which i wasn't needing at the moment. Very pleasant visit and great in and out parking. Gracious to say the least.
