I'm appalled by the level of racial profiling I've experienced at this bank. Recently, Erick Chavez, a personal banker—not a teller or manager—told me I couldn’t deposit a check from my grandfather because his writing was above the legal lines. My grandfather has aphasia after a stroke, so his handwriting isn’t what it used to be, but it certainly doesn’t fall outside of legal limits. This incident came after a Merrill Lynch associate implied that I looked suspicious. It’s disheartening to see someone who barely fits the role of a banker casting judgment on me, especially when they barely can fit in their suit. I can't help but question whether he even holds the necessary Series 6 or 7 licenses. I typically walk to the bank just to get fresh air, but experiences like this are exactly why many people avoid the branch. The inhumane treatment and lack of understanding are frustrating. I submitted an official complaint, though I doubt it will lead to any meaningful change. I want to warn others, particularly those who are African American: be aware that this location does not provide equal service to everyone.

Wow. If you like lack of customer service and attitude please go here! First of all Bank of America as a whole, now no longer offers Medallion Guarantee Stamp. Good luck trying to transfer stock to another name if you get married, since you can only receive a Medallion Guarantee Stamp with the institution you bank with! Also perhaps you should train your employees to at least offer alternatives when "you" (BOFA) decide to discontinue a service. The helpful employees at Amegy Bank called your corporate office and directed me where to go. How very helpful and what a great example of what banking should be.

ATM is only on the inside of the bank lobby so accessible hours are limited to 9-6 weekdays and limited hours (I'm assuming) during the weekends.
