No sign saying both machines are broken/out of service. Waste of time, these machines have been broken down for weeks.

I only come to obtain a cashier check on my 30 minute lunch break. So over staffed that they hang out in the back and let the slowest teller service you. He doesn't know how to ask for assistance. You have to get loud. Nobody ever greets you like other BOA. He doesn't know who is business and a regular customer, after 30 deposit slips from one man and still counting. A month prior that sent a supervisor to cover for another she was busy helping him , then she says they didn't transfer her Information so she can't access anything, that was over 45 minutes, I had taken a personal hour and wasted it in this bank. They stopped sending reviews because they know they suck!!!!
