Capital one is the absolute worst company. They lie and report falsified information to credit bureaus and dont follow their own terms and conditions. They are dirty, liars and will 100% slander your name on your credit report. I have reported this company for lying to the CFPB & the clowns didnt even respond to the report 💀

There are no capital one banks in Collier County. Highly dissatisfied with the interest rate of 4 different credit cards. I’ve been a customer for over a decade & they have never lowered interest rates but keep increasing credit limit. Today I called & spoke to a supervisor that claims that’s the best rate they can offer when it’s double what some of my other cards. They don’t care about retaining clients so they have lost this one. Shame on you for taking advantage of your customers. Cutting up all 4 of your credit cards.

Capital one credit card sucks ! This bank continues to charge interest even after you pay the the statement balance in full. Their user agreement states that they charge interest after the closing balance of your statement . This is before the balance due date, Therefore , even if you pay the statement balance in full you still incur interest. That is Bullshit !

Capital One cafe in Tampa was great!! Very cool, relaxed environment. Tyler one the CO Ambassadors was very attentive and helped us with setting up my daughters account which needed her to validate herself in person. Highly recommend this place!!
